Appointments and Scheduling

To serve you as effectively as we can, we schedule appointments for our patients. We suggest that you call for a routine appointment several weeks prior to the time you wish to be seen. Please inform of us of more pressing symptoms or issues that would require treatment sooner.

While we strive to maintain our scheduled appointment times, medical emergencies and unexpected changes occur that that can dramatically alter the trajectory of our day. If an incidence such as this delays our patients’ appointments, we promise to always keep our patients updated and will always work to find alternative appointments that work with their schedules. We encourage our patients to call ahead to check for any delays before coming in for their appointments, and we will do everything in our power to keep our patients from being inconvenienced.

If you need to cancel an appointment, 24 hours notice is required. Please have all insurance information, including insurance cards, and, if necessary, your HMO referral prepared when you arrive for your appointment.

Prescription Refill Requests

We do our best to refill patient prescription requests promptly, but please anticipate your refill being filled within 2 business days. For fastest results, use the “prescription refill” tab in the patient portal.

Billing & Insurance

Payment in full of any co-pays and fees is expected at the time of your visit. We participate in most area insurance plans and will gladly provide assistance with any insurance claims.
